Q: How much coverage do we need?
A: This depends on a few factors like how many guests you’re having (if any), how much of your day you’d like documented, and what you’d like to do and experience on your day. During your consult call, we’ll discuss your vision and share what coverage we feel is necessary to capture it (pro tip: if you’re having guests, we recommend at least 10 hours of coverage).
Q: If we don't need planning or officiating, can we book just photography coverage?
A: We are an all-encompassing crew - we’ve intentionally built our Southwest & PNW elopement packages to come alongside you to create and photograph the wedding day of your dreams. Our packages automatically include planning and license signing services, so that we can help you two from start to finish with your elopement experience. A la carte options shown in the Build Your Adventure Package section.
Q: How soon do we get our photos and video back?
A: You’ll receive sneak peek images within 2-3 weeks and a full gallery within 8-10. You’ll get your teaser reel within 3-4 weeks of your elopement and your full wedding film within 8-10 weeks.
Q: Do we have to have our spot picked out before we book with you?
A: Nope! We’ll help you do that! If you have a specific region in mind, that's always helpful—but don't worry about figuring out any specifics beforehand.
Q: If you sign our license, who counts as our witness?
A: Don't worry—we have a plan for that! If you're eloping just the two of you, nearby hikers and people in parking lots make for great signees (we've been there and done that several times!)
Q: How much “planning” do you help us with?
A: We help with location research, timeline creation, connecting you with vendors, packing lists, gear items, etc. We’ll provide you with lists and guides, but it’s up to you to contact your preferred vendors and book your travel. Because we’ll be focused on documenting your wedding, your media team (photo and video) can’t provide much “day-of” planning or assistance (like vendor coordination or dinner set-up). If you’ll need an extra set of hands, adding our day-of coordinator to your package can be helpful.
