Since becoming a photographer, I’ve longed to shoot in my desert hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. I’ve dreamt of a flowing, lace gown. I’ve envisioned rich colors, a kneeling table, an Afghan rug, succulents, wood pieces and an edgy bride and groom. As you can see – every single piece that I envisioned came together for this shoot in the most gorgeous of ways. When I reached out to Brady of Sweet I Do’s, I explained my vision to her – she nailed it and ran even further with it. It was the perfect mix of desert, indie, boho and hippie that all more than satisfied my hearts desires of shooting a wedding styled shoot in the barren desert of my hometown. Brandy crafted the perfect team of vendors, that created beautiful pieces that flowed perfectly (each of the incredible vendors are listed at the end of this blog). The entire thing was insanely rad, especially even being able to have my sister and brother-in-law involved with it in a big way, by being the bride and groom in the images. It truly was such an an amazing day, and I guarantee you’re going to want fly to Arizona and get married in the middle of nowhere with your beloved. Don’t believe me? Just look below.
Cheers!
Allison
