Kara and Nathan were a part of a 2-day elopement experience. The first day consisted of a coffee shop date and exploration of the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. The second day was the special elopement day in Sedona! The couple fell in love with the boho and desert vibes of Arizona. Elopement has been the couple’s favorite adventure by far. They loved hiking up the mountain to experience the gorgeous scenery and were surprised by an epic rainbow!

HOW THEY MET
Kara said: “We met at the tattoo shop Nathan was working in at the time.”
WHY ELOPE?
“We chose to elope because we both love adventures. It’s our favorite thing to do with each other. I’ve also never dreamed or thought that I would want a big wedding so when Covid happened and I started seeing more people elope I thought it looked like the coolest thing ever. My parents also eloped in Jamaica 30 years ago so I knew they would be excited and support our decision. I’ve always felt like weddings were a personal and private thing, that really is only about the 2 people. So I’ve always known that I didn’t want anything big.”
FAVORITE PART OF THEIR DAY
“Our favorite part of the elopement day was definitely the rainbow. It was such a beautiful surprise after all of the storm and rain. We felt like it was a special sign.”
