These two Phoenix cuties officially saw their Lake Tahoe wedding dream come to life. Ryan and Melissa decided to forego a local wedding in Arizona and instead tie the knot up by Lake Tahoe in Truckee, California! It was SUCH an amazing day, filled with the best weather and a gorgeous setting.

Their Vision:

This was the inspiration for their day: “We wanted the wedding to have a simple, natural vibe. The location was so beautiful, all we needed to do was add some wildflowers and some small touches here and there and it was perfect. The whole day just kind of followed that vision. It was beautiful, simple and memorable. The Lodge at Tahoe Donner fit exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, professional and budget friendly.”

Most Memorable Moment:

Melissa and Ryan told me “We’ll always remember when we literally FELL in love at the end of our ceremony! We’ll have moments from that day to laugh and smile about for the rest of our lives.”

Yup, you read that right. When Melissa excitedly pulled Ryan towards her for a kiss at the end of the ceremony, he lost his balance and accidentally knocked them both over! It was a moment to remember, without a doubt.

These two even decided that “We made sure to capture all the silliness with a Polaroid camera. Everyone put their polaroids in an album and wrote sweet/funny notes. It’s our favorite thing to look back on!”

Without a doubt, their Lake Tahoe wedding day was such an incredible one. I’m so grateful to have been chosen to be a part of their day.
